Mental health and wellbeing
We all have mental health and we trust that for most of you this is good and strong throughout your life. But for nearly everybody in society there are times in life when we may struggle a little with anxiety, low mood or sleep problems. These things have an impact on our well being and there are often little changes we can make that can support us through difficult times.
We have a programme called Your Path to Better Health and Wellbeing. This is a 12 week programme that can be run in a class setting but more often is completed by yourself with four appointments over 12 weeks and a weekly phone call from a member of staff. It's your choice!
