We all have mental health and we trust that for most of you this is good and strong throughout your life. But for nearly everybody in society there are times in life when we may struggle a little with anxiety, low mood or sleep problems. These things have an impact on our wellbeing and there are often little changes we can make that can support us through difficult times.
The Your Path to Better Health and Wellbeing programme can offer you the opportunity to take part in a group 12 week programme to work through improving eating, increasing physical activity and reducing stress.
We also offer a the programme over four sessions one-to-one with a member of the team.
