Introduction : CCG video overview

East Ayrshire Council is working with the Scottish Executive and with a range of public and private sector partners to bring modern government to as many people as possible and in as many areas as possible. While we already have an impressive track record of using Information and Communications Technology (ICT) to improve access to local services within communities and to our customers, we want to ensure that everyone in East Ayrshire can benefit from these developments.

Image of a PCOur aim is to increase and improve access to all levels of government within all areas of East Ayrshire and ICT is the key we'll use to open up that access.
We want people to be able to interact with services at times convenient to themselves and in a range of locations. We want to empower people, through training and support, so that they can interact more effectively with modern government, particularly electronic government and electronic service delivery.
