and topics.

In 2000, the Council undertook a major Residents’ Survey. Over
1,000 adults from across East Ayrshire were asked detailed questions about
the services the Council provides. This information has been used to plan
services and to make changes to service delivery. The Council, in conjunction
with its Community Planning Partners, will undertake another Residents’
Survey in 2005.
In addition to this wide-ranging survey, the Council has also consulted
on individual topics and has consulted service users extensively on service
specific issues. Feedback from customers and residents has been invaluable
in shaping the way the Council works and delivers services to the people
of East Ayrshire.
These pages provide details of current consultation exercises, many of
which you can contribute to, and information on completed work. Links
