Setting up a Tenancy

Is your property at risk of being used as a drug factory?

You may be aware of the current publicity campaign highlighting the problem of residential cannabis factories, which apart from their basic illegality pose a serious fire risk to neighbours.  The Scottish Crime and Drug Enforcement Agency (SCDEA) has contacted al local authorities to seek assistance in making landlords aware of this issue, through the leaflet below.

We are urging all landlords to be vigilant and report any suspicions to CrimeStoppers Scotland on 0800 555 111 or your local police station.
