Re-Roofing Works To Your Home

The following is a general guide to the works. The actual works to your home will depend on the house type.

•  Scaffolding will be erected around the perimeter of your home to allow works to be carried out.

• Your home will be protected during the works although there may be some disturbance during erection of the scaffolding and protection of the windows and doors.

• All chimneys will be removed (if necessary/possible) which will include the gas fire in your home being removed and refitted to check the flue. The flue for the gas fire will be refitted to a ridge vent.

• The existing slates/tiles and guttering on the roof will be removed and replaced with an appropriate new roof finish and guttering.
