Neighbourhood Services

Housing Finance

The finance section within the Housing Service is responsible for the provision of financial services to Housing including budget preparation, budget monitoring, final accounts, advice and guidance and the maintenance of financial control systems. The Financial Services Manager heads the outposted accounting team which are based within Neighbourhood Services to provide closer links to front line service delivery whilst reporting to the Executive Head of Finance
