Housing Advice
East Ayrshire Council provides a range of Housing advice and information
to any person who needs it.
Advice comes in many forms ranging from information provided in leaflets
to advice given to customers by reception staff, housing assistants, housing
officers, area managers and assistant area managers.
East Ayrshire Council also has a one stop shop, dedicated housing information and advice service called 'Housing Options'. Advice is given on issues like preventing homelessness, what to do if
you are homeless, what to do if you want to apply for housing, what to
do if you have been threatened by your private landlord, who to contact
if you are experiencing money problems, etc.
