As a joint venture between C.A.T.C.H. (Community Activity to Community Health) and Irvine Valley Regeneration Partnership we are seeking volunteers to set up weekly health walks around the Irvine Valley Paths network.

* Are you already a keen walker?

* Are you retired, unemployed, at home with a family?

* Do you have an hour or two to spare to volunteer as a Walk Leader?

We will train you to lead health (not hill walks) in your area and provide the necessary First Aid course.

There is also the opportunity for volunteers to receive training in environmental and wildlife matters relating to the walk areas if they wish to take up this option.

The more volunteers we get, the more walking groups we can set up on a weekly basis for those who need company to walk.

Volunteers must be over 18 years of age.
