BENEFIT - DUTY TO REPORT CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES
Although Council
Tax Benefit has been granted for the period shown on your Council Tax
Benefit Decision Letter, you must inform us immediately in writing of
any change to your circumstances which might affect your entitlement (e.g.
if your income changes, if you begin work or change job, if someone moves
into your house etc.). This is not a full list of all the changes that
we must be informed about. If you are in any doubt about what constitutes
a 'change of circumstances', please contact the Council Tax Benefits Section
and staff there will be able to help you.
