the provision of information, advice and assistance relating to more complex issues
across the full range of Social Security and other benefits. Support assistants
who specialise in this work continue to operate within Social Services, but access
to this service is now only available to people whose circumstances fall within
specified Community Care criteria. Information, advice and assistance relating
to the full range of Social Security and other benefits is also available from
your local Citizens Advice Bureau. Money Advice Money Advice
involves the provision of free and confidential advice and assistance to people
who are having difficulty with debt repayments and includes help to negotiate
arrangements with creditors and to ensure that benefit entitlement is maximised. Support
assistants who specialise in this work continue to operate within Social Services,
but access to this service is now only available to people whose circumstances
fall within specified Community Care criteria. Free, confidential and impartial
advice and assistance for people experiencing difficulty with debt repayments
is also available from your local Citizens Avice Bureau. For further
