Information and Advice

The resource centre will make available a range of information on services which would be of particular benefit to older people, including Money Advice, Equipment and Adaptations, Lunch Clubs, Leisure Classes, Community Alarms, Home Care, Day Services, District Nurses, Podiatry and Community Safety. Other agencies will be invited into the resource centre to directly provide information. The aim of this service is to assist older people to find out information as easily as possible and find assistance at the time they most need it. This is a valuable resource in helping older people maintain their independence.
