Meals at Home Service

Wiltshire Farm Foods (Apetito) provide a range of over 175 dishes, traditional favourites and other gourmet dishes. Meals are prepared to strict nutritional specifications, and special dietary requirements can also be catered for e.g. vegetarian, lower fat, diabetic, gluten free, Kosher or Halal. Menus will be delivered with information about choices and costs.

Meals are delivered frozen in compact, sturdy plastic trays that will easily fit in to your freezer. Delivery is to your own home and drivers can assist with putting meals in to the freezer. Wiltshire Farm Foods can also provide equipment e.g. freezer, microwave.

Payment for this service is by cash or cheque on delivery or by credit / debit card over the phone or through the organisation's website.

An assessment of need is carried out by a member of staff from the Social Work Department, on an individual basis. Following this process, some people are assessed as requiring assistance with meals and this may include working with individuals in relation to arrange for the provision of this service.
