Catering services are widely available throughout the council for meetings and functions.

East Ayrshire is also able to offer a variety of locations for external functions to hold your meeting, conferences or banquet ranging from Dean Castle to the Grand hall in Kilmarnock. There are also a number of community halls available.

Whatever venue you choose, you can be assured that all your catering requirements will be offered our best attention. We can produce the perfect menu for any function or event.

New Order System…

To assist you in ensuring your needs are met and you have confidence that your orders have been received and will be delivered, Onsite Services have developed a new and improved web based order system.

The system offers simple and easy to use screens to allow you to request a wide range of menu options and event requirements. In addition to user recognition and secure login you are able to track your orders from initial order through acknowledgement to delivery and invoice. To enable you to access the new system and place orders for your catering please initially contact our special catering co-ordinator below.
