As part of the Adult Learners Week the Essential Skills Project is advertising for volunteer tutors.
If you enjoy helping others, have some free time, enjoy new experiences and learning new things and have literacy and numeracy skills that could be shared with others then the Essential Skills project could benefit from your help.
Volunteer tutors give roughly one hour a week to tutor a learner.
We provide a free, 6 week initial tutor training programme.
