We now have available 'Customer Accounts' via our Customer Contact Gateway
(CCG), which let us join up your council reference numbers, making online
enquiries possible against your Council Tax, Rents, Benefits and other
services into the future. The introduction of Customer Accounts is just
one part of our comprehensive eGovernment plans to provide you with enhanced
services. To find out more see the CCG link on the right hand side of
this page, or select
here.
If you wish to receive only the Email Newsletter, but don't want a Customer
Account, then use the link at the bottom of this page or select
here.
East Ayrshire Council is always expanding the ways in which you can stay
in touch with the latest information and announcements. Consultation with
our website users has indicated a demand for Email Newsletters which will
let you subscribe with your email address to receive regular updates.
This adds more personalisation and interactivity to the experience of
using our website. We hope you enjoy this service and by this means we
will keep you informed of new online services as they become available.
We have two types of newsletter available:
- The EAC Generic Email Newsletter which will contain all the news,
events and announcements you could want from your Electronically Accessible
Council. Everyone registering will receive this newsletter on a regular
basis.
- Personally Subscribed Updates – these allow you to subscribe
to additional email updates on the areas of interest to you, e.g. Planning
Information, Vacancies etc. You will receive one update email on each
topic you subscribe to any time the relevant information changes.
We will keep the contact details you give us on record so that we can
contact you by email or other means.
To assist us in this process we hope you will agree that we can use the
contact information you supply to verify your identity for this purpose.
We will not use your details for other purposes, or pass your details
on to any third party.
