DEVELOPMENT PLANNING & REGENERATION

The Development Planning & Regeneration Section is responsible for producing the Development Plan for East Ayrshire, ensuring that all new development is sensitive to its surroundings and takes place in the most appropriate locations.  The Sections also instigate, co-ordinates & implements environmental & townscape improvements throughout East Ayrshire to improve the character and appearance of the area and create a better living environment for local residents and visitors alike.
