Customer Contact Gateway and Your Customer Account
In order to extend the services available to our customers at the local offices, by telephone and on-line, we have developed the Customer Contact Gateway. This expands on the services already available on our website to include access to customer's account information, such as Council Tax or Housing Rents.
To make this totally secure for the customer we have introduced our Customer Account.
We will continue to develop the services available through the Customer Contact Gateway. Secure communications with the Council will enable Customer Account holders to access services at a time convenient for them.
