Job Vacancies

The Employee Relations Section co-ordinates adverts on behalf of all Council departments with the exception of Teaching posts.  

Non-teaching posts which are advertised are displayed in a variety of mediums including job centres; local and national press and here on the Council's own website.

East Ayrshire Council has introduced a new on-line recruitment system.

This new system gives applicants access to vacancy information and an opportunity to apply on-line as simply as possible. You can submit your application directly to us using our website. You can also save your application and return to it later using a unique access code.

Applications sent via e-mail will no longer be accepted.

A separate application form must be submitted for each post applied for.

Acknowledgement of Application Form

If you are applying on-line, all applicants should receive a message to say their application form has been accepted by the Recruitment Team. If you do not receive this message, it may be that there has been an error in submitting your application form and the Recruitment Team have not received it, if this is the case please telephone 01563 576553 for confirmation.
