Gender Equality Scheme

East Ayrshire Council has published its first Gender Equality Scheme. The Scheme outlines how the Council will ensure that in carrying out its various functions it will do so having due regard to eliminate unlawful discrimination and harassment and to promote equality of opportunity between women and men.
