Basic Property Enquiry Certificate Fee - £50.00

Property Enquiry Certificate including information on Water and Sewerage details.
(Please note that there is an additional fee of £40.00 charged by Scottish Water for Water and Sewerage information) - £90.00

*Property Enquiry Certificates fee for 4-9 Properties - 10% discount on each basic property enquiry fee

*Property Enquiry Certificates fee for 10+ properties - 20% discount on each basic property enquiry fee

* Note: Properties should be adjacent, part of the same block or within the same estate/farmlands etc
