Review by the Chief Executive
If the Director of the Department cannot resolve the complaint to your
satisfaction, you can ask for the Chief Executive of the Council to review
your complaint. A response from the Chief Executive will be issued within
21 working days of receipt of your request for a review.
If you remain dissatisfied with the Council's response you have the
right to take a complaint further.
