How to book your tickets

The Box Office is open Monday - Saturday 10.00 am - 5.00 pm
and 10.00 am - showtime on performance nights.

Booking by Telephone
Contact the Box Office to reserve your tickets. We will hold them for five days to allow you time to pay for them. Alternatively you can pay instantly by quoting your credit or debit card. We will accept visa, mastercard, switch, solo or visa delta. Please note there is a small charge of 75p made for credit card bookings. Outside our normal Box Office opening hours TicketWeb will be providing a 24 hour ticket line. (Please note there will be a small additional booking charge of 75p per ticket when using this service).

Booking by Post
Crossed cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Palace Theatre, East Ayrshire Council. If you wish your tickets to be sent, please add an extra cost of 30p to your payment to cover postage/admin costs or your tickets will be held at the Box Office for you to collect. State clearly the performance, date, time and whether concessionary rates apply. Also remember to enclose your name, address and telephone number.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We regret that tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged except in exceptional circumstances. If we do, we’ll charge an admin fee of 50p per ticket.
