Access

People in wheelchairs are welcome at the Palace Theatre & Grand Hall. Wheelchair spaces are unfortunately extremely limited within the Theatre and hence must be reserved in advance. Please let the staff know if you have any other special requirements.

There is a disabled toilet in the Theatre foyer and the Grand Hall.

Disabled parking spaces must be booked in advance due to limited availability. Currently access to the Grand Hall is poor but a bell situated at the back door (next to the car park) will alert a caretaker to assist you. Funding has recently been made available to improve access.

An induction loop is fitted in the Theatre - simply turn your hearing aid to the 'T' position, sit back and enjoy the show.
