TRANSFORMATION IN THE PALACE
Phase 1 of the refurbishment is now complete and has seen the complete
transformation of our front-of-house facilities. This has created
funky new bars and a more contemporary feel to the venue. Importantly,
it has also provided a new box office at the main entrance and fantastic
new access opportunities for those with disabilities. The artist’s
impressions on these pages give a flavour of what the Palace now
looks like
Phase 1 has been made possible through funding from the Scottish
Arts Council’s Lottery Fund and East Ayrshire Council.
The new cafe bar facilities are now also up and running, providing
tasty snacks, lunches and pre-theatre meals in bright, modern surroundings.
