East Ayrshire Council is aiming to secure your committment to increasing the amount of waste recycled within your home, school, college, leisure or workplace environment. As one of the leading recycling authorities the challenge facing us is what more can we do, both individually and in groups to recycle more of our household waste?

During Recycle Week 2007, East Ayrshrie Council launched its Recycling Pledge. By joining the Recycling Pledge you are demonstrating your committment to maximising your recycling efforts which will help East Ayrshire Council achieve its recycling targets as established by the Scottish Executive, and help conserve our environment.
