Leisure Development Services

INTERNAL/EXTERNAL PARTNERS

In order to provide quality leisure provision, the Leisure Development Section has entered into a number of very successful partnerships with various internal and external agencies. These include; other Council Departments, for example, the Educational and Social Services Department, Local Authorities, Sportscotland, National Governing Bodies of Sport, Kilmarnock Football Club and Community Planning Partners such as Ayrshire and Arran NHS and Strathclyde Police.

The above list is by no means exhaustive and these effective partnerships have resulted in the delivery of a wide range of integrated sport and leisure services for the people of East Ayrshire.
