Training Courses

1. National Governing Body Awards - these are sports specific and are usually certificated. The level of award will vary and will allow those with an interest in sport to gain a qualification which will allow them to teach or to assist in their sport.
2. Sports Coach UK - these courses are again sports related but cover topics such as injury prevention and management, coaching disabled performers, fuelling performers and fitness and training.

1. Play related training - a range of courses which are both innovative and practical and will assist in the delivery of play related sessions to organisations who work with children and young people alike. Fun fitness, health games and activities, drama, arts & crafts and balloon modelling are just some of the courses available.
