Body Station at New Cumnock Games Hall

Our qualified and friendly Staff will guide you through your induction, which will enable you to use all the equipment safely and effectively. As part of your induction, you may take advantage of a personal exercise programme based on your own personal goals.

Our newly refurbished body station gym is situated in the old squash court and hosts an impressive array of new equipment, including seven new resistance machines to work all those muscles to the max, chest press, pec deck, lat pull down, leg extension, leg curl, and shoulder press. The gym also comprises of three power jog treadmills, three bikes, three steppers and a rower. Wither you are a regular exerciser or looking to get into shape, this centre has it all.
