party offering a variety of games and activities guaranteed to ensure
that the child has a memorable day.

What's Involved?
The whole event is carefully designed to ensure that the children benefit
from our widely experienced staff allowing the parents to relax and enjoy
the day. Parties are held in each of the Council's six Games Halls, two
Sports Centres and six Community Halls.
On arrival, our team of trained staff will welcome you and your guests
and will then provide one and a half hours of organised activities which
may include face painting, balloon modelling, bouncy castle and variety
of themed party games.
Costs Involved
The parties are priced to make them affordable to most budgets and the
cost is dependant on the numbers attending - with the cost decreasing
the more attending. The minimum number we can cater for is ten and the
maximum is forty.

PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Minimum number of ten children per booking.
2. Maximum number of forty children per booking.
3. A non-refundable deposit of £20 must be paid at time of booking.
4. Balance to be paid on the day of the party.
5. One responsible adult must accompany every ten children for the duration
of the party.
6. Each party consists of one and a half hours of organised themed activities
plus fifteen minutes get in and get out time.
7. Age group: 4 - 12 years.

To book either print and complete the Funtastic
Booking Form (PDF) and take it with your £20 deposit to your
chosen Facility or contact the facility direct.
