Body Station at Drongan Games Hall

Our qualified and friendly Staff will guide you through your induction, which will enable you to use all the equipment safely and effectively. As part of your induction, you may take advantage of a personal exercise programme based on your own personal goals.

Our gym is equipped, with two bikes,a powerjog ,concept 2 rowing machine ,Stair climber, and a cross trainer and also includes a seven-station resistance gym.
