Rules & Regulations

The link below details the Rules & Regulations for East Ayrshire Council's Cemeteries and Churchyards.

Please be advised that all Floral Decorations, Artefacts etc. will be removed 14 days after the interment. Any person wishing to retain Floral Decorations or Artefacts should make arrangements to remove them before the 14th day.


These Rules & Regulations are approved by the appropriate Council Committees' and are subject to a period of public consultation (30 days).

A copy of these Rules & Regulations are supplied with every interment/lair transfer. A copy can also be downloaded from this web site or by contacting the Bereavement Services Office.
