CIVIC GOVERNMENT LICENSING

East Ayrshire Council’s Licensing Service is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the licensing/registration provisions of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982 and various other pieces of legislation.

Licensing staff provide information and advice to the public and licence holders and investigate complaints made in respect of licensed and unlicensed activities/persons.
