Surprise Reads
What is a surprise read?
Surprise reads are special promotions - you don't know what type of book
it is or who wrote it until it is issued to you! (They are normally wrapped
up like a present). You may happen across a new author or discover the
read of your life but if you don't like it just return it unread.
How do I get a surprise
read?
Ask at your local library if they are planning a surprise read promotion
and when it will be. Alternatively register
on-line and we'll send a surprise read to your nominated library.
Who is eligible?
The surprise service is only available to East Ayrshire Libraries members.
