European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL)

East Ayrshire Libraries offers testing and access to self study materials. ECDL is an internationally recognised qualification that enables people to demonstrate their competence in computer skills. It covers the key aspects of computing, its practical application and its use in the workplace and society in general.

It is broken down into seven modules:

A logbook costs £25 and, when you purchase a log book from East Ayrshire Libraries, testing costs £5. If you already have a logbook testing is offered at the competitive rate of £10 per module.

Advanced Word

We are also able to test Advanced Word. test are arranged by mutal agreement and cost £35. Trainign materials are also available from East Ayrshire Libraries. To register interest contact the Information Officer
