Because of statutory requirements there is a separate complaints procedure in operation for Social Work services.
In the first instance, please speak to the staff responsible for providing the Social Work Service that has concerned you. They will try to resolve your complaint there and then.
If the complaint can't be resolved, or if you are unhappy with the response, you can have your complaint formally registered and dealt with confidentially.
