Interview documents
If you are selected for interview, you will require to complete a criminal conviction declaration form and place it in an envelope marked private and confidential. Please clearly state your name on the envelope.
This envelope will only be opened if you are being recommended for appointment.
If you wish to claim travel expenses for attending the interview, please complete an interview expenses claim form after your interview.
