Repairs to Council housing
We provide a 24 hour repairs service to all Council tenants in the area.
The main aims of the service are to:

Housing improvement programme
The housing improvement programme oversees the modernisation and improvement of all Council housing to meet the Scottish Housing Quality Standard by 2015.
Scheme of assistance
The scheme of assistance offers a broad range of assistance for home owners, private landlords and some private tenants to modernise or adapt their homes.
