Housing advice

We offer advice and support on housing issues for homeowners, landlords and all tenants, regardless of who your landlord is. This advice covers the common problems associated with being a homeowner or tenant such as getting repairs done and accessing benefits, through to more specialist advice for landlords on their responsibilities and helping people to get on the housing ladder.

We have a specialist office called Housing Options which provides a whole range of housing advice across all tenures, or if you need advice regarding a Council tenancy you can simply contact one of our four neighbourhood housing teams.

You can also seek independent advice and support from Shelter Scotland or your local Citizens Advice Bureau by following the external links to their websites.
