The Council owns, manages and provides a range of services to approximately 13,000 homes within the East Ayrshire area.
The Council housing section is responsible for:

allocations, tenancy and estate management
-
homelessness services and temporary accommodation

liaison with other landlords including housing associations and the private rented sector

new social housing developments
-
liaising with health and social services to support people to remain in their own homes
We aim to improve the quality of life in all communities by improving the quality of the housing stock, the range of housing options available, the quality of services available to tenants and the level of tenant involvement.
