Our online electronic Booking system (eBookings) allows you to make appointments at times convenient to you. We will continue to add new services as we roll out the eBooking system to more areas of council business, both internally for staff and for the public, e.g. leisure services bookings.
Some eBookings will require you to log-in with your Customer Account in order to provide security and privacy, while others will require no log-in. Our eBooking system is very flexible and can be used by many council services in a number of different ways. When we roll out a new service we may make it operate on a "view-only" basis to begin with, then later upgrade it to allow fully functional online bookings to be made once this is possible.
