Disabled Go
East Ayrshire Council and Community Planning Partners, in partnership with DisabledGo, have developed an access guide for a large number of buildings and locations in East Ayrshire.
The East Ayrshire pages of the DisabledGo website were launched in May 2009 following a period of consultation with the community and Community Planning Partners.

DisabledGo is a national online access guide available to everyone and the access information is free of charge.
The website provides access information on all the places that are listed. All the locations have been visited by a DisabledGo trained researcher and the information includes things like car parking, lifts, ramps and steps, accessible toilets and changing areas.
The website enables those with specific access requirements to check venues in the area for the precise requirements they have.
