You do not need to provide any personal data to use our website. If you decide to contact us by email, letter, by filling in a web-form or by other means, we will record this information and use it to help us address your enquiry.

Such third party organisations may include our Community Planning partners, contracted service providers, national agencies and relevant funding organisations.
On occasion we may need to share this personal data with other organisations to provide the best service to you. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 to process and share such personal data. We take care to ensure that your personal data is kept safe and secure.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you by making a subject access request. Such requests must be in writing and require payment of a £10 fee.
