Complaints
We aim to resolve as many complaints as possible at the first point of contact. You can speak to the staff of the particular service either in person or on the telephone and they will try to resolve the matter for you on the spot. If your complaint can't be resolved right away, we will endeavour to give you a full response to your complaint within seven working days.

Compliments
Our employees try to do their very best for our customers and some of them always go the extra mile. We feel it is important to give employees positive feedback whenever it is deserved. If you would like to compliment a member of staff or a team please contact us using the details provided. We will make sure that the individual and their manager get to hear about it.
