Consultations
We are committed to providing accessible services which meet the needs and expectations of our customers. To do this, we carry out consultation exercises across a range of services and topics.
East Ayrshire Community Planning Partners have engaged Lowland Market Research to conduct a Residents’ Survey, interviewing 2,000 residents, from September to November 2011. The purpose of the Residents’ Survey is to gain an increased understanding of local priorities and views of residents on public service provision/satisfaction and provide a comparison with Surveys carried out in 2005 and 2008.
We have consulted service users extensively both on individual and service specific issues. Feedback from customers and residents has been invaluable in shaping the way the Council works and delivers services to the people of East Ayrshire.
Consultations can be viewed on the East Ayrshire Community Planning website using the links under the external links section. Links are also provided to the consultation web pages of the UK government and Scottish Government websites.
