If you have completed all stages of the Council's complaints process and you are still unhappy with the Council's response to your complaint, you can ask the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman to review your complaint.
The Ombudsman are the final stage for handling complaints about public services in Scotland. The Service is free, independent and impartial.
