Local offices
Staff at local offices have extensive knowledge of our services and can assist with most queries.
At your local office you can:

pay council accounts including rent and council tax

report council house repairs, street/lighting faults and organise cleansing uplifts

apply for a national entitlement card

pick up information leaflets and application forms

receive information on council services

have income verified for benefit applications
Other services include:

private interview rooms

surgeries with elected members and council staff

information about council/community events and projects
All local offices are part of a network acting as a single contact centre. This means that if you phone the Crosshouse office and the phones are busy, you will automatically be transferred to another staff member from the nearest office, who will be able to answer your query.
